Summer Speaker Event - “Drive By History' Comes to the Museum”

Did you ever drive by a roadside history marker and say, “One day I’m going to stop and read that sign?” Well, our next Museum speaker, Ken Magos has created a television show that does
exactly that. He is the host and co-executive producer of “Drive By History.” A program that features unique New Jersey historical locations and uncovers rare details about the places, individuals, and events that are of significance.
Ken brings over 30 years of experience as a performer, director, and producer to the multiple roles that he plays on the show. His credits include film, television, and musical theater in the United States and abroad. Please join us on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the West Park Avenue Recreation Center in Oakhurst when Ken will be treating us to the inside scoop of how places are chosen and how he goes about researching the historical markers on the highways and byways of our state.
The presentation is open to the public and refreshments will be served.
